Mission Statement for Ventura Yoga Studio
We offer a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment for people of all capabilities and ages, from beginners to the very experienced student looking to deepen their practice. We offer classes in Yoga and T’ai Chi Chih®. We preserve, embrace and share these practices that activate, circulate and balance the vital force energy (Prana or Chi) for the promotion of health, well-being and joy. Both practices can bring improved balance, longevity and serenity, providing the opportunity for inner peace and tranquility. For more, see the About Us page.

Come join in the adventure every Monday & Wednesday night in Anthony's class:
Level 1, 6:30 - 8:00 PM
Come study with her on Saturdays at 11:00 am Level 1 and
the 2nd Sunday of each month for both the Restorative Class at 9:00 am and the Levels 1 & 2 at 11:00 am.
She’s been subbing for a while and is now returning to the regular class schedule. She is taking over the Senior’s Class on Tuesdays at 12:30 and the Friday Yang/Yin Class at 9:00 am.

This is a series of occasional classes. It is quite an experience, especially for those who have never been to India to study with the Iyengars. Come watch, take notes or practice along to a videotaped class taught by B.K.S., Geeta or Prashant Iyengar shown on our big flatscreen TV.
